Get ready to lunge, squat, push, pull and power your way through our 50-minute full body reformer sessions.

We take a strength and resistance training approach to our reformer classes, as well as incorporating cardiovascular elements and full body conditioning.

Our classes are high-intensity while still delivering all the benefits of more traditional Pilates, like improved core strength, posture, flexibility and mobility plus supercharging your strength and fitness with our more modern, strength-focused style of training on the reformer.

All Levels Reformer

As the name suggests, our All Levels classes cater to a variety of fitness levels and experience. These sessions are designed for new Carvers keen to learn the ins and outs of the reformer and our Carve style of reformer training, as well as seasoned pros looking for a solid all-around Carve reformer Pilates session.


Can be made pre/post-natal or minor-injury friendly.
No prior reformer experience required.

Level Up Reformer

Designed to push you physically and mentally, our Level Up sessions are far from chill. Heavy, powerful, sweaty. Think harder spring options, tougher moves and layers and cardiovascular/endurance challenges in the form of reformer AMRAPS and EMOMs. This is the class for the reformer obsessed and will leave you wanting more.

Not pre/post-natal or injury friendly. Reformer experience a must.

Private 1:1 or 2:1 Sessions

Private Group Classes

For groups of 3+ (up to 11) we can arrange a private group class upon request.  If you are a corporate group, sports team, hens’ party or other group looking for a bespoke class contact us to enquire about pricing and availability.
